Hi all! I’m Rashell and even though I haven’t posted on here in a while, I thought I might open the app and vent a little bit. I’m currently living with depression and anxiety, which is triggered by social situations and little things, such as when people talk about going out with their friends, since I hardly have any myself from my extremely reserved personality.
Right now I feel so anxious and embattled by everything that’s been going on. My homework that I can’t do because of my severe depression, and my mood in general. So, does anyone have any advice that they have when they need to accomplish things in the middle of a serious depressive episode? Thanks.

I'm over the edge exhausted too and i have things i could and should be doing but so afraid to touch anything which is irrational. What i should be doing is picking small things at a time to accomplish so i'm going to speak to you AND myself. Let's chose one small thing and takle it - it would empower us to do more. One would hope. Most people are feeling ill at ease at the least and over the edge to my degree at the most. This all just sucks.
Are you getting any help? Talk to your Dr. you may need a course of antidepressants. Have you tried meditating, exercise is good also. Go on line and look for help with depression....Sending Love, hope, peace and hugs....Sprinkle 1....
