I think my anxiety has caused me to also get a bit of insomnia. I have an incredibly hard time falling asleep before 4am, and sometimes I don't get any sleep at all. I'm currently going through college and it's been hell for me. I didn't think I'd be the type to get overly stressed about school, but I guess I was wrong.

Lack of sleep can cause me huge anxiety and depression issues.
I am the same. My anxiety can cause me to not sleep for even days at a time. Severe insomnia like that causes disorientation. I do agree with the reply below, that lack of sleep can cause issues, but I also think one feeds into another, so that anxiety and depression issues can cause lack of sleep. I've tried melatonin and aromatherapy, and tried to follow advice like staying away from the blue light from screen time, but I still don't get much sleep. It gets hard to function day-to-day, right?! How are you doing in school? What are you studying?
School has had its ups and downs and I'm studying Information Technology.
I have those nights also breathe and relax it will pass. Do you take melatonin? 3mg over the counter will help a lot.
