I’ve heard good things about it but never tried it but i want to once i go off my antidepressants
I use 200 mg for anxious times sometimes multiple times a day with at least 4 hours in between dosages. I read that 1,200 mg is max per day. I buy it on Amazon. It works well for anxiety.
My doctor suggested it to me a while back to use as a supplement to my regular meds. She started me on 300mg per day but it was literally putting me to sleep. I now take 200mg per day and it really helps to take the edge off. I take 100mg at lunch and another 100mg at dinner. It has really helped me to stay calmer.
