My anxiety has been up
And down since xmas for many reasons...
i have found these meditation talk downs on you tube... it like a therapist talking u into a sleep and to stop anxiety... IT REALLY REALLY WORKS...
I find Lack of sleep just adds to my anxiety, if i get a good chilled sleep i defo better.it also teaches u to deep breathe properly which really helps... how to clear head.
Also yoga or running it just gets that anxiousness out of u
