Hello kay , i dont really know alot about your story im sorry if this isnt much help , just wanted to say we have all been there and it will get better , we say that all the time even we get sick of it because it sounds cliche and bullshiit, but it really does get better especially if you open up and do the step you seem to be doing well ..

You can always send me a message if you are ever feeling like talking about it to someone who understands anxiety, and its toll on the body and mind , even depression which i get hints of every once in a while when my anxiety wans to take a small break

Some things you can try to freshen up your routine

1)learn basics of a new language wheather in a learning centre or on an app like duolingo , it can distract you and help you find things that might interest you

2) arts, wheather its dance, drawing , singing etc..

3)picking up a musical instrument , this really helps me so i hope it helps u

4) walks and exercises help train the brain more than the body in a mentally fragile person

5)pick up writing , poetry , these sounds boring i know but once you get the hang of them and just immerse yourself in anything you might find it enjoyable ;)

Just remember life has endless options, things we dont even know about let alone count or name , there is so much out there while a small part of your life now cant compare to the great things you can achieve

I apologise if i seemed imposing or anything , i just wanted to try my best to think of ideas to help you get out of your funk because im not really sure how exactly youre feeling and what to do you mean by it

🙌🏼

Just remember there is always a way out especially in mental health , i searched and came across endless options till i reached a point where i can see the light at the end of the tunnel after hitting rock bottom , so dont worry abou anything and let everything follow its path , let everything happen because whather you worry abiut it and try to change anything , i believe it will all happen for a reason and will happen whather we like it or not , i still try to teach myself that and not to panic over small details but it takes time

Wow, I just want to say, what Kevin just said! A lot of valuable insight and techniques in his response.

Like both of you, I have to continuously pick myself up from the ashes. But it definitely gets easier, and the depths that I fall to are not that deep. Probably because I know that I can handle whatever comes my way. I know that based on my experience of having overcome past difficulty.

Frequently I have to refer to the list I keep in my phone.

Whenever I succeed, I add that success to my list !

Thank you both for your support , I'm just feeling lost right now , just feeling like I have no real purpose in this life

Hello Kay, Billsfriend and Kevin had some good suggestions, I would reiterate that exercise can be quite helpful. In addition, volunteering somewhere may be helpful.

Would be glad to point you to some additionalresources if you like.
