Has anybody tried acupuncture?

BossMom, I have tried acupuncture for migraines and it worked.

I had once a week treatment for 6 months. It was costly since insurance

didn't cover it. Was done at the hospital by an anesthesiologist who also

had a private practice. For anxiety, I had hypnotherapy done. Very

beneficial to this day. xx

I tired it awhile ago for anxiety and found it helpful , but I would always have a hard time sleeping on the days I would have it done. Some health insurance are covering it or offer it at a discounted rate. I would like to try it again in the future.
