Creative birthday wishes

Today is my best friend's birthday. Woke up this morning feeling sad because she is still in the hospital and cannot eat anything. She is being fed through her IV. Wanted her to have a special day, especially this year after all she's been through. Then I suddenly remembered I have a ceramic tealight holder that looks like a birthday cake. So this year it was her birthday cake and she loved it! Sometimes thinking outside the box is just what you need to do.
