Hi

Does anybody get andrenalin surges with anxiety?

Comes and goes? Pains in arms,numbness?

Hiya. I sometimes have what seems a “mini panic attack” or adrenaline surge.. seems to come out the blue... but i find if i stop and take deep breaths, focusing my mind on the breaths it takes the panic feeling away.. hope this helps.

Yep. You may have numbness because you’re breathing too shallow but wow does my house get clean. I use the gifts it brings me. 💛
