Experience with In Patient Treatment

I just joined this Group and this specific topic to see if anyone has any experience with a good facility for in patient care for mental health for 18 year old. My daughter is at Turnbridge in New Haven, CT. Anyone been there or know anyone who has been there? It’s hard as most places are so focused on the drug rehab from what I could find in my research.

I'm in Canada so unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for a facility. The only thing I can think of is the Dr Phil website. I used to watch him quite a bit and he seemed to use a number of different dual diagnostic facilities in the US.

Cmarie12, gee I watch Dr Phil everyday and never thought of using his

website for some of the facilities he uses for his guests with much success.

I'm glad you mentioned that.

I'm in Chicago and know that some of the large University Teaching Hospitals

have good programs but honestly don't think it would beat Dr Phil's outreach

programs. xx
