That’s something I wish I could do. I worry a lot about things that haven’t happened yet, but I just don’t know how. My mind jumps from one problem to the next.
Yeah same here. I’m trying to retrain my brain what to pay attention to and what to let slip away. It’s not easy and some days it’s not happening but that’s okay we just do our best. Something helpful to mind jumping around is meditation mindfulness and deep breathing.
That’s all we can do. I worry about a lot of things and it’s hard to relax. I keep waiting for things to get better on there own. Everyday is the same, I wake up early and my anxiety goes way up. I try to tell myself that things are not that bad but it doesn’t help. I take Xanax so that helps. But I’m getting tired of it, of everything.

Take time to linger in prayer to ask for the help you need to accomplish your goals and give thanks to the One who will give you the requests of your heart.
Our children need to see who you rely on in order to build faith and trust.
Acting in harmony with our prayers is the key. Children see that and learn important lessons .
GOD knows when we're struggling and He acts in our behalf. We're rewarded in so many ways because He goes beyond even what we ask for.
Humility is another key. We must be careful not to rely on our own abilities. Each one of us must work at "developing" a humble heart, We're not born with it
