Help please 😩

Hey you all so i have an interview on the 9th and it’s my first ever & im so nervous and scared i just wanna back out 😞 but i am not !!! I just get shy and im scared im not going to know the answers to anything or if im just gonna freeze when they ask me something!!! I have horrible anxiety and this is waaaaaaay past my comfort zone !!! Pls help any tips or advice !

I won't say I know exactly what you're going through, because I'm sure everyone has different levels of anxiety regarding this stuff, but just to share from my life:

A couple weeks ago I had an interview scheduled that I was really nervous about. I ended up cancelling it due to lack of sleep the night before, up all night worrying. I finally did the rescheduled interview today, and... didn't do that great, heh. But I'm glad I went through with it and didn't cancel again. Now it's behind me. Of course it's hard to believe this from where you're standing, but: it's never as bad as you imagine. Even though I essentially bombed, the interviewers were polite and fair.

The fact you are anxious but going to go to the interview is wonderful. It shows how strong you are. I think it is perfectly understandable to be anxious in an interview. They are scary as you never really know how it will go and you want the job. I wish you good luck.
