Does anybody else have a good, anxiety free day and then u get negative thoughts because ur having a good day? Like oh everything’s going fine that must mean something bads gonna happen to me. Sort of like a lesser impending doom but just enough to put u in a bad mood and start feeling anxious

Yes. Always looking for the next fall from the mountain. It is circular. I’m just having too good of a day and I will be paying for this later.

Yeah exactly, my anxiety has been kinda residing and I feel like it’s an anchor it’s trying to leave behind
