Hey guys i was doing a little research on healthy living since i have health anxiety & found out that green smoothies are not only good for you but are also great for depression.So i made my first one tonight with spinach and some fresh fruit tasted amazing .I will be adding these to my diet hopefully it helps with my depression while making me healthier 💪💪

I used Almond milk ,Spinach, Bananas, and frozen strawberries ,rasberries and mangos...blend your greens and almond milk first then add fruit it'll be smoother.I used 1 1/2 cup spinach 2 cups almond milk then a whole banana sliced and 1 cup of mangos ,strawberries and rasberries
