Hi I'm new to this I been looking for awhile to find a support group for anxiety and depression. Since I was 16 till now 24 I have delt with anxiety and have not always cope the best but am trying to find new ways to deal with my emotions healthier and happier

Hello krista, you are a brave and strong woman. You precious and a survivor. If you have survived from 16yrs to now, then you’ve got what it takes to deal with anxiety and depression. You are welcome to the platform, feel free to send messages and concerns. I like your positive attitude to pursue happiness regardless of your challenge. For me I listen to instrumental music, podcast, audio books or bible? I also do take long walks for fresh are when I begin to feel odd. I have learnt to focus on positive things. I have now achieved emotion balance and this has made my life easier.
