Yes! In fact, mine was kind of intense about four hours ago but has faded already. Nothing brought on by anxiety is permanent. Ever.

Hello Agora! I'm up and down, with some pretty good ups. I've been spending time with group at THAT ANXIETY GUY and using their Claire Weekes' based approach to encourage more exposure work. How are you?

I got mine for the first time 6 weeks ago. I have seen people mention it over the years being on these forums and really couldn't understand how disturbing it could be. I have had maybe a 5 second ring maybe a handful of times in my life, but now it has been incessant for 6 weeks. It's maddening. How long did u have it for consistently.
