Kay, the very first thought that came to mind was "embracing death".

Never thought of it like that but its a good thought... It was more emotional vampirism for me

A Google search of the image led me to an interpretation of the sketch being a depiction of emotional vampirism.

But my first thought was of a 17th century ballad called "Death and the Lady," which is a verse dialogue between personified Death and the titular Lady. The sketch seemed to me like an embodiment of a line spoken by Death: "I have you fast, and will not let you loose."

Then, my mind slipped into the gutter and my second thought was "Death is getting awfully handsy." #MeTomb ☠
