So, I’m lucky in that I have a really supportive family and I’m not desperate for a job right now, but I happened across this notice the other day that this coffee shop I go to is holding open interviews on Monday, no resumes needed.
And I’m thinking about interviewing on Monday. Just trying it. I don’t know. I haven’t fully decided and I don’t to feel like I’m pressuring myself into doing it or something, but having a job and a little extra money is always a good thing, and it’ll be a new challenge to my anxiety. And I know I’ll be super anxious going in (and today and tomorrow a little bit), but that I once get in somewhere and just wait it out, my anxiety naturally just levels out and I’ll be okay. So, I’m thinking of trying it.
But does anyone have any tips for getting through job interviews with anxiety?
