Freaking out, so much anxiety

This week has been one of the worst and most stressful weeks I have ever had. Sunday night I wasnt able to sleep at all so Monday, I was up and got ready for school, then all day long I had nothing but tests or lectures, my track team left school early for conference. At conference my girls team was first until the very last event which was the 4x 400 relay, my team lost the relay and made our girls team lose first place for conference and my coach yelled at me in front of everyone for being disappointed in myself. Tuesday- I barely got any sleep again, and just had a rough day in school, then when i was on my way to work my exhuast and muffler broke off and dragged until i could pull over and i was late for work, my dad got mad at me for it breaking, and now tonight I have to work when I should be going to practice so my track coach is made because I have a meet tomorrow, friday I have to work after school then all weekend i work my other job. I told my boss when he hired me what my track schedule is and gave him a copy now he his trying to make me work my regionals meet next monday which i really really dont want to have to miss.
