First time saying Hello

Hi. I am new here. This is my first post. I am feeling anxious and don't know what to say. I have social anxiety and it is really hard for me to talk to anyone. I don't like the way my life is going and I am to afraid to try to do anything about it. Does anyone else feel this way?

I know it's hard to open up. I don't have social anxiety, but there are plenty of people here who do and understand what you're going through.

I can definitely relate on not liking the way your life is going. I'm fortunate enough to have support now to change this, but I'm still scared. It's ok to be afraid, just don't let the fear control you.
