I don't know why but it seems like every time I wake up, I feel like my entire life force has been sucked out of me once I wake up. I never used to dream. Now, I dream nearly every time I go to sleep and its always different realms and different realities. I don't know what is going on. I am able to sleep but sometimes the dreams are depressing, sometimes they're not. But I always wake up with that same feeling of dread like I wish that I didn't wake up. There isn't even anything in my life going on to really make me feel this way. Maybe there is and I just can't see it. I dont know. I just want this to stop so I can live my life and be the best that I can be to make my parents and myself and the people around me happy. Please help. Any advice helps.

I'm actually working on an explanation for all of the things that you were experiencing when you fall asleep it would be a little premature for me to articulate too much into it at the moment however I can definitely assure you that while you're unconscious dreams are merely not just dreams

When I go to sleep I am aware that I am dreaming and I I am able to watch my dream as if you would watch a movie on television and then when I awake I can remember all of what I saw in my dream and and write it down accordingly

Look into “morning depression”. It’s a real thing. I also wake up with the feeling of dread. For me, waking up is the worst part of the day. A lot of other people say the same thing. I still haven’t found a solution to it though, unfortunately. I guess just understanding that I’ll feel better as the day goes on helps me to get through it.

Have you switched medications or changed dosages? My dreams are always screwed up when I change mine.
