Hi

Yes my anxiety makes me feel very on edge all most like something bad is going to happen or I will freak out.

It gets worse or it's only present around a week before my period.

Start tracking symptoms see if you can see triggers or patterns. It could be your period.

Thank you!

Omg absolutely. Just going outside. There might be someone out there. I might have to talk to them. Will I look okay, will I say something odd. What if, omg! Yes!

Now reality is, I just have to do stuff, things that I need to take care of. My emotional support dog needs regular walks, bathroom breaks. Need to go shopping for the necessities and run errands, work. And then finally, the fun stuff. Isn't that ridiculous. We deprive ourselves from the funnest, "out and about, going out and having fun." What, why????

I wonder if we don’t feel we deserve it or maybe we are too exhausted from the other stuff.

Yes on edge right now. I do get paranoid too but I have been diagnosed a bunch of times with bipolar... I do think it could be the anxiety part displaying itself.

I don't know it's paranoid, I think it's over thinking, which can be confused for being paranoid, trust issues also. I remember a doctor saying to me she had concerns about my paranoid thoughts, I looked straight at her and said I have reasons to be paranoid, she looked at me like I had just grown three heads, but I'm not paranoid, I just over think and have trust issues. Paranoid is when there is no reason to think thoughts, anxiety gives you a reason to over think, there's a difference. I shouldn't have even said I have reasons to be paranoid, I should have said no I over think

I think Over thinking and paranoid is very similar

I do, I overthink lots, but I know when I am being paranoid and it's usually sleep deprivation or stress that causes it
