I work for Pfizer, I dont have hobbies or interests anymore, I lost all interests.

I did too except my job which I absolutely love. Besides that just time with my daughter and sleep. So lonely!!

First, I want you to know that we're happy you found us here and hope you'll find the kind of support and encouragement you need.

How old are your boys? Boys can just suck the life out of you, I watched my brother and sister-in-law with their 3 boys. I had a boy and a girl and they were a handful but 3 boys? Whew!

Second, I hope you like your job. Are there co-workers that you particularly like? Is it possible to engage with them outside of work occasionally?

What about the moms of any of your boys friends? Is there something you can get involved in with them?

Is there any type of organization that you can look into volunteering with every now and then? I'm always amazed at how much my own spirits are lifted when I do any type of volunteering even if it's only for an hour a month! It gives me a purpose.
