A community reminder on behaviour

Dear all,

The members of this community have a wealth of different opinions, experiences and outlooks which is what makes the community such a fantastic source of knowledge. However, this also means there will always be opposing views. We must ensure that everyone is given the same space to share their knowledge without feeling threatened or offended.

On an online platform, it is easy for messages to be misconstrued and for miscommunication to occur. It is important all members are kind to one another and that we remember everyone is on this platform to gain support for something they are coping with.

If ever you find a post upsetting, offensive or unsupportive please report the post instead of replying so this post can be moderated by the admins of the community. Often, replies on threads also end up being reported and these back and forth responses can seem like bullying in an online capacity.

As always, thank you for your contributions and commitment to your community.
