Hi Igor, from one human to another. This time of year through New Year's Eve

is nothing but a countdown which ends up making our anxiety high. Leaving

behind a year we got through and fearing the anticipation of what a new year

will bring. We need to slow down, we need to live in the present moment and

that is today. Breathe, reel your thoughts in for the time being. Stay present.

Life isn't about rushing through each day but enjoying the moments we have.
