Confused???

What up people? I'm confused as hell because I don't know if I can take any kind of low dose stimulants for this narcolepsy I have. I tried one medication and it made my blood pressure rise to the point that I had to go to the ER. This is what happens when I have caffeine. Also along with the narcolepsy is causing anxiety and depression(more anxiety than depression) and I don't feel comfortable taking uppers and downers in one days time to counteract each other. I feel like it's a double edge sword that I shouldn't be playing with but I need my life back. I'm sleeping my life away and missing my kids growing up because of feeling fatigued and sleepy or the medication makes me drowsy and sleepy.
