Anxiety before sleep
Discipline before sleep - 2 hours bedore no screens. Always go and wake same time. Do many productive or beautiful things during day + exercise.
For a quick relief get some melatonin. Its sleep hormone.. in many places its over the counter.
Ah and then there is also good technique for sleeping supposedly you should be super relaxed:
1. Sleep on your bavk and xompletely relax your face
2. Have your shoulders lower rhan head. Relax your hands and fingertips.
3. Breathe in. Relax your lungs.
4. Relax your back, legs and finally feet.
5. Imagine you are on a comfy boat drifting in the middle of a lake and weather is clewr and sunny.. just enjoy it for few minutes
6. Relax your body slowly limb by limb again. Again have few minutes being relaxed
7. And one more time
8. See how you feel.
Have you tried meditating or listening to music?
Soft, calming music is always good to relax the mind. You might try this along with focusing on something you enjoy or a happy memory. What I do is plan my garden in my mind. It doesn't matter the time of year. I often don't use the plan but it keeps from thinking of negative things and helps me to fall asleep.
