Throwing Up while Brushing Teeth

Does anyone else gag and throw up while brushing their teeth? Just in the past month since I've gotten depressed and started having a lot of panic attacks, I've started gagging and (usually just) dry heaving while brushing my teeth in the morning. I'm definitely the most anxious in the morning. If I have had anything to drink (usually just coffee, no food) I can throw up the coffee.

It's an awful feeling to go through every morning but it actually kind of makes me feel better afterwards. Any one have any tips on how to make it stop?

Try brushing your teeth in the evening...I am sensitive to the same thing as you IF I try brushing in the mornings... If you want, rinse your mouth in the mornings with a minty flavored mouth wash! Good luck to you!
