Not bad. I see a therapist once a week so it helps me vent.

How are you able to see a therapist once a wk? No matter what specialist it is it takes forever here. ... You are very fortunate

Hi. Thanks for replying. Yes. I am in therapy and have been on meds for depression for years now cause I'm considered clinically depressed. But the anxiety is just recent maybe a few months. I think it could be stress related since i care for my elderly parents and i have no support from siblings. And my marriage is in the crapper been 10years now my hysband just in denial and just doesn't give a dam and always makes me feel bad.that i don't take care of him. But it seems that's all I've been doing for 29 years. So I'm kinda over it.
