Today i got blood work showing i have low iron levels about a month ago i lost my little girl at 17 weeks and i have not fully recovered both mental and physical and it makes me obsess about every symptom and i over stress about my health on a daily due to traumas i have had in the pass it affects my every day activity.

I am sorry for your loss. Maybe try to focus on your health and do everything you can to keep it healthy. Like really be mindful of foods you eat, exercise, your thoughts. Tell yourself you are healthy b/c you are doing everything healthy by eating right, exercising, etc.

My Dear, I am sorry about your little one. It takes time for mind and body to heal after an experience like this . I hope you are getting plenty of love and support from friends and family. They probably don't know what to say to you so you must let them know how you're feeling. Try writing down what you're feeling it helps to get it out. CTLibraryGirl has some good advice for you and I expect others will too. Pam
