Ive been suffering from migraine level headaches for the last few days (I get chronic headaches it seems).
I can’t pin down if it’s because of hypertension, trauma, depression, anxiety, teeth grinding, medication? It’s awful. Do you have any experience with headaches related to a bunch of stuff?

Where to start... do you have bad posture? Do you sit in front of a computer screen for several hours a day? Do you have other symptoms? Do you grind your teeth at night? Where is the pain located at specifically.
Hi comb, yes I suffered for years from severe contraction headaches from stress as well as interceded by migraine headaches. So your question as to what prompted these headaches are all of the issues you are going through and more.
I read back over your posts and could feel myself getting stressed over all that has happened to you. Everything you described is contributing to these horrific headaches. Besides therapy I highly recommend giving yourself some quality time to meditate and relax your mind and body from the overwhelming stresses of your life. You can reduce your blood pressure by self hypnosis on YouTube. There are some great videos that can help take you away from yourself for a few moments. It's not always about rehashing the problem but escaping it for a while.
With teeth grinding, a dentist may be able to help reduce some of the stress and muscle spasms in the jaws contributing to your headaches. We are here for you. Know that the headaches will one day go away, right now it is a manifestation of your immense stress.
Yeah I’ve had trouble recently and have been on new meds recently too so could be that but the headaches are off and on. Some of my migraines I think are from stress because there’s a pattern showing everytime I’m working a lot or doing something anxiety provoking it occurs.
