I CAN'T SLEEP AND I HATE IT. DOES THE MIND EVER STOP...

This is actually, me! Its hard for me to sleep for a few days now. My body is practically so tired, but my mind can’t stop thinking. Over thinking about everything.. have you tried sleep hypnosis?

I ACTUALLY HAVEN'T. WORRIED THAT COULD GO TERRIBLY WRONG FOR SOME REASON. WHAT KEEPS YOU UP...

omg! me too......... i've read those people who had tried sleep hypnosis. but then they were ended up with nightmares :( what keeps me up? problems.. what about you?

There are a lot of techniques out there that can help with sleep. I used to have trouble sleeping but after trying out a few of the techniques I found on that worked.

It takes time to learn some of the techniques and you have to be focused and patient but it is worth it.

I did a full overhaul of my sleep routine including getting rid of all electronics from my bedroom. I uncluttered my room as well and then set up a nightly routine where I switch off all electronics an hour before I go to bed, I have a drink of water, read a book and do some relaxation exercises. I have a cheap mp3 player that is not connected to my mobile or WiFi and I have a self hypnosis track on that that I listen to on the night's I really can't sleep.

I tried a lot of different things including keeping note books by my bed to write my thoughts in when I woke to getting up and leaving my room until I was feeling sleepy again.

One thing I do know is that you have to try things out for a few weeks sometimes even a couple of months to see if they will work for you.
