Breathe Jane1989....Congratulations on your little miracle :) I have experienced the pressure type headache as well. It is from undue stress and anxiety which never allows the muscles in your head and face to relax. Try using some muscle relaxation therapy which you can find on YouTube. 5-10 minutes a day can bring down the stress that you are feeling. Practicing deep breathing will calm your mind and your body. Try putting a hot bath towel fresh out of a dryer around your shoulders as you sit and relax watching tv or reading a book.

Rather than worrying and falling apart, use your "me time" for positive regeneration. Warm wet towels on your face for a few moments can bring the circulation back to your muscles making them not feel so tense.

Bonding time between you and the baby is important for both of you. Talking this out with your therapist can be very beneficial. You need the reassurance right now that everything is okay. We're also here to support you whenever you need a hand to hold or an ear to listen. :) xx

Thank you so much for you reply!!!my head is just melted from it all...I had a good 2 or 3 weeks and then being a bit sick brought it all back and I feel I’m gone backwards the head sensations are scared but I’m trying to tell myself what the doc and everyone else says that it’s all anxiety and stress related..the bath towel warm from the dryer sounds lovely and relaxing I will definitely try that..It’s very hard when no one understands what your going through I have great support from family and friends but it’s hard for them to understand the anxiety part which I understand..I was afraid to be alone for weeks after the birth so I’m heading in the right direction I have overcome that fear!!
