I'm new on this site. I have GAD + Panic Disorder. I have a about headaches.

I am a 16 year old boy and I suffer from GAD and Panic disorder. I am a freshmen in high school, and just started to have migraines. I believe they have to do with stress. Is that possible? If so is it possible for them to begin at 16? I was wondering if anyone had tips on falling asleep with a migraine. I was hoping I could get some help as I cannot meet with my psychiatrist until next week.

First and foremost welcome to some of the best years of your life! I am now 19 graduate high school and am attending college in the fall. When I was a freshman I too suffered from migranes which yes can come from stress. My best advice to get migraine medication. It can be bought in the pharmacy section if most stores. Also rubbing an ice packs on your temples for about 10 mins helps me. Let me know if it works!!
