I an a male 69 years of age. I suffer from severe anxiety. Not depressed. But the anxiety with worry is killing me, each day. Some days it is hard to cope. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

Hi bobvan, I know anxiety is really tough but you are not alone. I think I know what I'm supposed to do to make it easier for myself but I can't make it happen, disappointed. Take care

Hi Bobvan, I'm new to this site & am 65; two years ago I had a major depressive episode with GAD, & three weeks ago anxiety reared its ugly head. I'd like to chat as we're close in age. I have alot of pain issues, but being alone & loneliness are my biggest anxiety triggers. Am facing living alone in the near future & am terrified. I do work part time & have to get ready now, but I hope we can chat soon.
