Hiya Jen! Everything is gonna be ok. Go to a place where you feel safe. Take slow, deep breaths and close your eyes. Think of something comforting and use that as an anchor you in this rough time. Play some soothing music and picture some place you would love to visit. Take your time and stay calm. This, too, shall pass.
