My little foot from being club foot is so swollen and hurts. Bad! It hurts to put any weight on it. My foot is very little and skinny typically. Now my shoe would be tight. I had to take my mom to run errands today. It was hurting. Now it’s worse. I sure hope it feels better by next weeks wiffle ball game. My arm is better. So surely this will be better by next Tuesday. 🤕🥇🏸

If you keep this up, you might qualify for the Olympics in 2020. It's something to aim for.
I think you are going from virtually no exercise to a lot and think you need to slow down a bit and get fitter before you start tearing round the place. I worry you will do yourself some permanent damage. x
You are absolutely correct. When a person has been relatively sedentary, exercise must be started very slowly. After a long illness my MD told me to do the following: 1) walk for 10 minutes each day; 2) NO uphills-only a flat place; 3) walk slowly - NO shortness of breath or perspiring; 4) time the walks and 5) after 2 weeks, increase to 15 minutes; another two weeks increase to 20 minutes, etc. When you get to half an hour, you can then do anything you want.
soak it in Epsom salts, and keep it elevated, or your not going to get your game on next week Tink...I think it's great, your inspiring me to get off this laptop and get out there in the garden sooner. But seriously, take care of yourself....
