It is ok to cry. I am a crier.. It took me a year of therapy to realize it is ok to cry. Deep breaths can help. Try to focus on your body and clear your mind.. think about the present. Try not to live in yesterday or worry about tomorrow.. just focus on exactly this minute. I hope it helps a little.
What is wrong? Do you want to discuss it on here? Sometimes talking about it can help clear your negative thoughts.
