Panic attack or something worse?

How can you tell the difference between panic attacks and strokes, heart attacks, aneurysms, etc?

If you are alive after those symptoms, you are having a panic attack.

You took the words out of my mouth! Dustin, listen to what the Doctor just said a few minutes ago. If you had a stroke, heart attack, or aneurysm, you wouldn't be able to tell anything, because you'd either be unconscious or dead.

I will have to apolize upfront for my reply i am a former rn. I would ( and do ) take my blood pressure and pulse and see if it is within normal limits
