Has anyone had throat tightness while having an attack?

Yes I have Ugh it’s horrible it almost feels like I’m choking or I can’t breathe

Yes I did omg it was horrible I didn't understand what was going on and mine felt like my throats was closing up I panicked so bad they gave me a shot of Benadryl that scared me so bad
