Have you seen a doctor to rule out any medical conditions? Allergies? Tonsillitis?

No not really

I would start with a doctor to rule that stuff out first. You might have a physical problem.

i am sorry to hear what it has done to you. Do they know what might be causing your gerd? Are you taking anything to help with it?

You know Pedro, I responded to you having difficulty with the tightness in your throat 3 months ago. The fact that it continues, I agree with "Here I am" and "Hear You". Seeing an ENT (Ear/Nose&Throat) doctor may give you some answers as well as relief.

They gave me buospirine still feel the same

I would tell my doctor if you aren’t getting any relief. You shouldn’t have to stay with pain.

Are you having any trouble eating and swallowing rice, small noodles, fresh apple bites or some other type of food...and you end up having to choke it out or vomit it into the toilet? If so, you may have a physical problem that runs in my family. There is a part of our throat that can tighten into a smaller opening as we age. It can be "stretched" open a bit to stop the problem.
