Hi guys,

New to this site but it looks good. Got mild anxiety and im trying to learn ways to deal with it. It combines with at times crippling low self esteem and FOMO. Any advice or pearls of wisdom?

Welcome. This is the best site I've found for communicating with people with similar issues. It's current and up-to-date and you usually always get a response.

My only "pearl of wisdom" is to try and keep yourself in the moment. That is something I work on all the time. If you really are "in the moment", anxiety can't get you. It's too much thinking and projecting that gets us all stressed out. Of course, I also take medication, but that's a given in my life. I imagine I'll always be on some sort of anxiety-relief med. Who knows?

Again, you've come to a good place! We all here for you.

Maxine
