Wishing everyone here a very Happy New Year full of health and love. Also may you have money to pay all your bills and have some extra left. God bless you and your whole family. May He give you faith, hope, joy, kindness, positive thoughts, etc.

Just read and watch positive things. I got rid of the news and negative things. I discovered the Game Show Network and TV Land and that's mostly what I watch. The game shows are entertaining and the comedy series are funny, no negativity there. That's a small step that you can take that will help.

This year I want to start focusing more on others and less on myself. They say that helps a lot, but for me it's difficult because besides having anxiety and depression I have many physical symptoms. But I'm optimist that this will be the year that my life will turn around.
