Hi there! I am new here and hoping to find people that can relate to me and my anxiety. I have been suffering for years, but have finally come to a point where I am done missing out on life. I started a new medication and am hoping to kick anxiety's butt

Hi I’m new myself and have been struggling with anxiety and depression... to be honest I struggle to get out of bed in the morning but I grab on to things I love like my mum and everyday you get up is another day you kicked anxiety ass I hope that helps

I am also struggling with health anxiety, it’s so draining, but I also am trying my hardest to kick its butt!! I’m happy for you and I hope the new medication works well for you!!
