Does anyone find it massively overwhelming going out the house, I feel so nauseous and unwell

yes, yesterday i spent the entire day at home, it was a very bad day, my depression level was through the roof. today i hsve to go to work and i am struggling to take a shower

Did u make it out? I have trouble too! Mines worse because of my old meds i was taking.

I have trouble bathing and eating too, feels like a chore, i have so much time on my hands. Least u have a job! Money is fun =fun or renovations
