How?

How do you define happiness or peace? How do you create your "happiness" & or "peace". If you can't find peace and happiness within yourself and your personal space how likely is it to find peace and happiness in a world that's so cold ?

I don't know if this is helpful advice but just try to get out of the negative/depressing environment/people you are surrounded by. Try to make a goal of where you want to be in life and how you want your life to be. I am struggling with the same question. Will i ever find peace and happiness within myself? Probably not. I hate the way i look. I just hate myself really. I hope we both can find peace some day. Hopefully.
