What's up, mom? And welcome to our community! I have GAD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I'm a mom of 3 grown men. I'm rarely anxious because my anxiety is almost always under control. I've even tapered off of my anti-anxiety med and only take it on a rare occasion. I am on an antidepressant which is said to help with anxiety. I'm sure it is. I'm rarely depressed either so I have few complaints. I'm having some problems with side effects but that's all. How are you?
