I have a 20 yr. Old daughter who suffers from depression and anxiety. Is there any good support group for her age?

Depending on your state, you might have a larger "hub" site to search from. For example, in NJ, we have NJ ClearingHouse, where we can search for a variety of support groups based on topic and meeting times. There might be one in your state; it's worth checking out.

You can also check with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) at nami.org They offer a number of peer support groups. Haven't been to one yet, but am going tomorrow evening. I hope your daughter gets help.

Thank you, I didnt know about CBT. I think if I can find doctor who specializes in this will help her understand her anxiety/panic/depression and techniques that will help her cope.

Doctors don't specialize in CBT, therapists do. You can look up therapists directly through your insurance company and can usually find out about their specialties with some basic Google research.
