Hello everyone. I have suffered with anxiety and at times depression. I am medicated with citalopram and have been seeing a clinical psycologist and social worker for years on a monthly basis. I recently had the opportunity to learn transendental meditation and practice it for 20 minutes twice a day. It is very simple to learn and do and it has proven benefits concerning anxiety so much so that they are teaching it to our military to provide them a way to combat post traumatic stress profilactically. It is a bit costly to learn it but well worth the investment. I can think clearly. It is better for you than dep REM sleep, which I rarely achieve, for healing your body and your mind. Check it out. I have been practicing this since late August and I can certainly feel the difference. Kind Regards.
