Emotional Freedom Therapy (tapping)

Has anyone tried EFT (emotional freedom therapy)? I just heard about it from a friend and looked it up online, some youtube videos too. It is a sequence of "tapping" meridian spots on the head and upper body. I'm not endorsing it...I'm just curious if anyone has tried this for anxiety and if so...did it work?

Yes! My therapist has done this with me and it was very helpful. I'm not quite as able to do it on my own even when he writes out the phrases for me but I haven't tried hard enough. When he has asked me to gauge my stress levels before and after I always find that my levels are better afterwards. I think its worthwhile and definitely worth a try.
