I have a mechanical valve taking warfin since 2005, I am losing my hair, have natural curly, my hair straight now, I'm losing my vitamin D vitamin k, my INR was good for years now I'm having hard time getting in order, my range is2.5 to 3.5 is there another thinner I can use with mechanical valve.

Maybe fragmin or lovenox? Although I see something about vit k and rickets in the shadows of your question. Do you take calcium with vit d for osteoporosis or the rickets? Do you take a daily multivitamin? Make sure to get a good amount of sun exposure to replenish vitamin D. Do you take vitamin injections? Where are you from?
